Established in 1990, the Law Office of Christopher Sutton focuses on the rights of individuals to control their own land. We work with property owners fighting to keep their land from Eminent Domain and redevelopment.

Christopher Sutton has been a passionate supporter of property rights in California for over 30 years. His work is concentrated in the area of civil litigation for property rights-related lawsuits. Chris represents individuals, small businesses and companies who’s land is impeded upon by local government entities. Chris is quoted as the anti-redevelopment expert in the New York Times.
